Nottingham Counselling & Psychotherapy

I am a counsellor and psychotherapist based in Nottingham providing counselling and psychotherapy in West Bridgford, Ruddington and Nottingham city centre. I am a Humanistic Person-Centred Psychotherapist providing short or long term counselling and therapeutic support. I am a member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and a registered Psychotherapist with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) (SPTI).

I have over 11 years counselling and psychotherapy training and experience - counselling children, young people, adults, NHS and Police staff, corporate and private clients. Working though issues such as depression, stress, anxiety, trauma, grief, loss, bereavement, abuse, self esteem, confidence, addictions, childhood, anger management, personal development eating disorders, gender, sexuality, relationship or family difficulties. I am devoted to supporting clients health and well being, facilitating positive change, healing and development.
